When we lack confidence those beliefs are negative; 'I'm not good enough', 'I'm too fat', 'I'm not clever', 'I'm too boring'. These core beliefs reside in the subconscious and regardless of external factors, they often remain negative and unchanging. 

Hypnotherapy and building confidence go beautifully together. Hypnotherapy targets those subconscious limiting beliefs and flips them round. Instead of hearing the message 'I'm not good enough', the message changes to 'I AM good enough'. By challenging those limiting beliefs and transforming the messages into something positive, self-esteem and confidence begin to blossom.
